My boat is a bit unusual and the standard frames wouldn’t work very well. Andrew Jockett, the President of Northstar,, very quickly came up with a solution. I was impressed with his clear communication, professionalism, and prompt responsiveness. I was a little concerned about the shipping – I shouldn’t have been – the item arrived when promised and in perfect condition. Overall, I’m really pleased with the quality of the frame and top. The frame and hardware are all polished stainless, and I think that was well worth the cost to upgrade from aluminum. It’s sturdy and really well made.
